
I went overboard on quinoa about 10 years ago and then decided I hated it but am pleasantly surprised to have discovered that I don’t in fact hate it when it’s done right!
I have no Whole Foods near me (sob) so I can’t attest to how similar this DIY version is but wow is it the perfect make-ahead lunch. And those big bits of coconut + sprouts on top 🙌
